THM Business School has welcomed the new MBA cohort 2024 with great anticipation! The newly enrolled 19 students begin their journey into an intensive and practice-oriented course of study that optimally prepares them for leadership roles in the business world. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the program also offers many practical projects that establish a direct dual connection to the business world. Located in Friedberg, close to Frankfurt am Main, the location offers good accessibility for the Rhine-Main region.
A highlight of the part-time MBA program is the small class size, which enable students to work closely with professors and fellow students and build a strong network. The program not only covers traditional topics such as business administration, leadership, and corporate management, but also modern topics such as digital transformation, innovation management, sustainability management and digital marketing.
A particular focus is on the opportunity to participate in two modules abroad, a valuable opportunity to gain new perspectives and expand your professional network.
Welcome to THM Business School and good luck to the new cohort on their way to responsible management positions!
The Master of Business Administration degree offers numerous advantages for professional and personal development:
- Improved career prospects: An MBA qualifies graduates for higher management and leadership positions and increases their chances of promotions and higher salaries. While a Bachelor's degree can be followed by a full-time career and earning money, the Master's degree is a dual course of study and is largely completed at weekends.
- Leadership development: The MBA program places a strong focus on leadership, strategic thinking and decision making - important skills for executive positions in any industry.
- Networking opportunities: The MBA provides access to valuable professional networks, including alumni, faculty and other professionals, which can be beneficial for long-term career advancement.
- Personal development: In addition to professional knowledge, the dual Master's program promotes self-reflection and skills such as time management and stress management, which are essential in professional life.
- International perspective: The MBA program is offered in English, integrates international content, two modules abroad and a mix of German and international students, making graduates better prepared for global markets and international job opportunities.
An MBA is therefore a valuable investment for professionals who want to grow professionally and personally.
